Traditional potato and leek soup with 0’92 flair.
Second course
Salmon and champ
Grilled boneless salmon steak, sautéed cabbage and spinaches
and homemade O’92 champ, green apple sauce.
Third course
Beef stew w/ Guinness
“Traditional” Irish beef stew; potatoes, peas, carrots deliciously flavored
with herbs and Guinness, cooked to perfection in chef O’Rios style.
Fourth course
Bread Pudding
Sergio’s “The Celt” favorite, with green apples, cinnamon
and golden grapes drizzled with green Baileys sauce .
Dinner Serve with:
The famous Spain O’92 Celtic green Sangria, beer and wine and
the wonder-famous Spain O’92 “gle mhaith” Irish coffee.
