“Chorizo Criollo” and “Mix Churrasco” grilled,
side of chimichurri sauce and “Ensaladilla Rusa”.

Spinaches with homemade champ, green apple sauce.

“Traditional” Irish beef stew; potatoes, peas, carrots deliciously flavored
with herbs and Guinness, cooked to perfection in chef O’Rios style.
Fourth course
Bread pudding
Sergio “The Celt” favorite, with cinnamon, apples and
golden raisins drizzled with green Baileys sauce.
