Ensalada

Mix salad w/ fresh mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes, palm

hearts, citrus balsamic vinaigrette.

 

Second Course

Filete de Lenguado

Baked fresh fillet of sole stuffed with vegetable béchamel, drizzle with

Malbec sauce, side w/ vegetables & three root mash-pure.

 

Third Course

Parrilla Criolla Adobada

“Chorizo Criollo” and “Mix Churrasco” grilled,

side of  chimichurri sauce and “Ensaladilla Rusa”.

 

Fourth Course

Dulce de Tres Leches

Three milks cake, Alicia’s Favorite.

 

Sangria, Red, White Wines and Coffee will be serve with and during the Dinner

Garbanzo beans, roasted peppers, sun dried tomatoes, red onions,

sweet corn and hard boil egg, citrus vinaigrette,

topped with shredded Manchego cheese.

 

Second Course

 

Pinchos de Jerez.

Piquillo relleno, tortilla Española, croquetas,

brocheta de boquerones. Spanish stuffed olives.

 

Third Course

 

Chuletillas Gitanas

Marinated New Zealand baby lamb chops on the grill, served with roasted

garlic mash potato and grill green asparagus, sweet sherry sauce.

 

Fourth Course

 

Natillas Cordobesas

Traditional homemade Crème Brule, topped with Nata and cinnamon.
